15. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On April 7, 2025, we acquired the assets of the residential and commercial insulation business Seal-Rite. This installation acquisition will enhance our presence in the Omaha and Lincoln, Nebraska markets. The purchase price of approximately $23.0 million was funded by cash on hand. This acquisition will be accounted for as a business combination under ASC 805, “Business Combinations.” |
